[job_card.job_description]Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift Student Loan Forgiveness : Up to $20,000 Tuition Assistance : Up to $7,200 RN Referral Bonus : $5,000 (for Advocate Aurora teammates) Post-operative craniotomies for bleed evacuation, AVMs, and tumor resections Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries Hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke patients as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program High volume of cervical and spinal surgery cases, including medical overflow Deliver and coordinate comprehensive, evidence-based patient care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and compassionate care. Apply clinical judgment and effective communication for optimal patient outcomes. Contribute to a positive patient experience throughout the continuum of care. Be part of a supportive team culture with regular team-building activities and community outreach. Thrive in an environment that fosters teamwork, continuous learning, and patient-centered care. Assess patient needs, plan and implement interventions, and evaluate care effectiveness. Recognize significant changes in patient condition and take appropriate action. Coordinate discharge plans using a collaborative approach. Promote patient safety and manage learning needs for patients and families. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and department function. Engage in professional development and meet annual competencies. Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Completion of an accredited nursing program required. 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills essential. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to lift, stand, walk, and engage in physical activities throughout the workday. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with proper technique. Potential exposure to hazardous materials; protective equipment provided.
