Schedule Details : Nights, including 8 and 12 hr shifts, every third weekend, and holiday rotation

Unit Overview : Join our dynamic 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit, where you'll provide care for patients with :
Post-operative craniotomies for bleed evacuation, AVMs, and tumor resectionsCervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeriesHemorrhagic and ischemic stroke patients as part of our Comprehensive Stroke ProgramHigh volume of cervical and spinal surgery cases, including medical overflowAs a part of the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute (ANII), you will have the opportunity to work with the latest neurosurgical techniques and advanced care practices.
Your Role :
Deliver and coordinate comprehensive, evidence-based patient care.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and compassionate care.Apply clinical judgment and effective communication for optimal patient outcomes.Contribute to a positive patient experience throughout the continuum of care.Why Join Us?

Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.Completion of an accredited nursing program required.1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred.Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills essential.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.Physical Requirements :
