What You’ll Do

As our Quality Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that our photovoltaic projects meet the highest standards of quality. Your day-to-day will include :

  • Supervision : Overseeing quality control processes and ensuring all standards are met. You’ll be the go-to person for quality assurance on the site! 🔍
  • Inspection : Conducting regular inspections and audits of materials and processes to align with industry best practices.
  • Reporting : Documenting quality metrics and generating reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. 📊
  • Collaboration : Working closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of quality standards.
  • Training : Sharing your expertise by training team members on quality control procedures, fostering a culture of excellence. 🎓

What We’re Looking For

To shine in this role, you need to bring :

  • Experience : At least 2 years of experience in quality management within the photovoltaic sector. We want someone who truly understands the nuances of our industry!
  • English Proficiency : You need advanced English skills to navigate our diverse, international environment. 🌍
  • Work Visa : A valid work visa for the USA is essential. We're ready for you to hit the ground running!
  • Spanish Skills : While not mandatory, Spanish language skills would be a cherry on top! 🌶️
