Job Description

As a Security Professional - Financial Front Desk - Site Patrol in Alpharetta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more.

As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent financial institution, you will be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and guests, helping to create a welcoming and secure environment. Your responsibilities will include monitoring access points, verifying credentials, and assisting with badge procedures, all while providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. You will help to deter security-related incidents through your presence and professionalism, responding promptly to inquiries and requests. What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
  • Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences at the front desk.
  • Assist with visitor management, including issuing badges and directing guests to appropriate areas.
  • Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency personnel as needed.
  • Support emergency response activities as appropriate, following Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Must have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Access control and / or badge experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
