Remote Paralegal

A company is looking for a remote part-time paralegal to assist with litigation support on an as-needed basis.

Key Responsibilities

Fact-checking and cite-checking complaints, briefs, and other filings

Formatting legal pleadings and briefs

Preparing Tables of Contents (TOC) and Tables of Authorities (TOA)

Assisting with filing documents in state and / or federal courts

Qualifications

Paralegal certificate & prior experience as a litigation paralegal

Strong understanding of litigation formatting requirements

Ability to work independently

Experience with legal research and citation accuracy
