Job Title : ServiceNow Business Analyst

Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst with strong technical and functional
expertise. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in ServiceNow development, combined with
exceptional business analysis and stakeholder management skills. This role requires the ability to
independently drive end-to-end initiatives - from requirement gathering through to production
deployment - in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Technical Business Analysis :
Lead stakeholder meetings, demos, and scrum calls with confidence and clarity.
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
Convert requirements into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
Perform story point estimation and manage the delivery lifecycle.
Independently manage epics and projects through to production.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with business
goals.
Deliver clear communication and effective collaboration across technical and business
stakeholders.
ServiceNow Development Expertise :
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform and integrations.
Strong understanding of Service Catalog, Custom Application Development, and Automation.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
Experience building and deploying custom solutions tailored to business needs.
Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance ServiceNow implementations.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
7 10 years of total experience in ServiceNow ecosystem.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Proven track record as a Technical Business Analyst or similar hybrid role.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
