Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills. Comfortable working in physically demanding and outdoor conditions. We are seeking a Senior Site Technician to support operations at our Bitcoin mining facility in Oklahoma. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on experience maintaining and optimizing Bitcoin mining hardware and infrastructure. This role focuses on ensuring maximum uptime, performance, and operational safety through expert technical work and leadership within the on-site team.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of ASIC miners (Bitmain, MicroBT, etc.).
- Monitor and maintain electrical distribution, PDUs, and cooling systems to ensure continuous site operation.
- Diagnose and resolve miner performance issues, hashboard faults, and power irregularities.
- Assist with installation, commissioning, and testing of new miners and supporting infrastructure.
- Conduct network setup and monitoring for ASICs and management systems.
- Maintain accurate logs of repairs, replacements, and downtime events.
- Support implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
- Collaborate with the Site Manager and junior technicians to ensure operational targets are met.
- Uphold site safety and compliance standards at all times.
- Provide technical input for upgrades and scaling projects.
