Contents Estimator

The Contents Estimator prepares accurate, defensible contents estimates based on inventories, photos, inspections, and scope notes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Writing contents estimates using Xactimate
• Reviewing inventories and documentation for accuracy
• Ensuring estimates align with company SOPs and industry standards
• Communicating with operations and production teams to clarify scope
• Responding to adjuster questions and estimate revisions
• Tracking estimate approvals and changes

Qualifications include:

• 3+ years estimating contents losses
• Strong Xactimate proficiency
• Deep understanding of contents restoration processes
• High attention to detail and deadline discipline

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
