About the Job

G O Crivelli Automotive Inc. is looking to hire an Accounts Payable Clerk / Receptionist.

Duties :

  • Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering and sorting documents and related information.
  • Posting invoices to accounts.
  • Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions.
  • Help with preparation of car deals to be submitted to the state
  • Answer incoming calls and help out the other office personnel with other jobs as necessary.
