Finance and Accounting Director

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as lead accountant for client businesses and oversee the client team

Manage the client accounting process to ensure insightful financial reporting and compliance with GAAP

Lead monthly client meetings and provide insights for business owners while coaching management on metrics usage

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration

10 years of experience as a Controller to Director of Finance level in a SaaS firm

Experience as lead accountant in rapidly growing firms

Master's degree in accounting, MBA, and / or CPA license preferred

Strong QuickBooks Online experience; Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite are a plus
