Providing Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) input to project / program plans and deliverables, the Senior Advanced Integrated Logistics Support Specialist will have the opportunity to help our nation's heroes make a true impact. You'll define, review and analyze system requirements for enhancements / modifications for supportability. We'll depend on you to manage members of the ILS staff in support of projects / programs. In this role you'll support other disciplines for program / project resolutions / enhancements. It's a challenge that will put your talent in the spotlight.

Demonstrates strong leadership capability within a team-based environment
Strong organizational and presentation skills
Strong expertise in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) elements such as Product Support Management, Sustaining Engineering, Supply Support, Maintenance Planning, PHS&T, etc.
Perform obsolescence management duties to include monitoring / update of End of Life and End of Service Life dates, determining impacts to supported hardware / software, and recommending courses of action considering operational support and cost
Works closely with engineering and supply chain to execute courses of action to include procurement, repair, and upgrades
Supply experience to support operational sites in terms of hardware and software
Familiarity with DoD lifecycle support for system sustainment
Travel may be required
