This position is remote within 100 miles of Culver City, Cupertino, Seattle or NYC.
We're looking for a Data Integration & Analytics Engineer to support the development and implementation of Wrike to Tableau data tools, dashboards, and reports. The Data Integration & Analytics Engineer is responsible for creating the link between Wrike data and Tableau, analyzing large data sets, creating data visualizations in Tableau, and providing strategic insights. This role requires an extremely detail-oriented, strategic, and driven person who is familiar with data tools and applications.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years experience in a tools, platforms, or applications implementation role
- 5+ years of experience implementing business processes in software tools
- 5+ years of experience implementing data pipelines and flows
- Proficient programming skills and working experience in Python
- Proficient experience with Tableau
- Passionate about understanding and solving problems, drawing insights, visualizing and storytelling with data
- Expert knowledge of data management and metric building
- Knows the tools and when to use them, when not to use them, and when it's time to build new ones
- Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills to maintain data integrity and extract relevant metrics
- Experience creating documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis process
- Experience in resource tracking and capacity planning data
- Proven record of quickly ramping to understand a complex organization's end-user types, individual groups' requirements and how potential new features or changes impact a platform holistically
- Comfortable with ambiguity and adjusting to evolving business requirements and priorities
- Experience testing and implementing workflow management systems or software
- Experience handling sensitive and classified information / data with the utmost discretion
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, build, and maintain a robust data integration pipeline to facilitate seamless data flow between the Wrike project management platform and Tableau reporting dashboardsUtilize Python to write Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL / ELT) scripts that clean, map, and synchronize data objects (tasks, projects, resources, etc.) between the source and destination systemsCollect feedback from Operations team and Wrike Admins to create automated reporting and compelling data visualization solutions with minimal supervisionBuild and scale maintainable data infrastructures and end to end reporting solutions that connect Executive, Operations and Producer needsMonitor and maintain data pipelines and preemptively solve and raise issues Identify trends and patterns in data that contribute to diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts, along with data reporting & presentationData entry and optimization as neededExperience handling sensitive and classified information / data with the utmost discretionAbout Aquent Talent :
