Key Responsibilities

• Reporting to the VP of Product Innovation, Design, and Learning
• Experience working at a large software product company enable customers to learn how to use our product
• Created, published, and maintained Customer Partner training content
• Instructional Design, Curriculum Design, and External Customer or Partner Training programs (Hybrid Model Online Learning with Instructor-led Virtual Training)
• Operations they sprint planning, execution of delivery of content
• Best practice adult learning, micro-learning development, and adult retention
• Strong cross-team collaboration, especially with other department leaders from Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support
• Co-create learning objectives with other internal and external teams
• Experience collaborating with Product Management or Product Marketing on release training. Enable customers to take training prior to major product releases and develop material in conjunction with the Product Development Lifecycle
• Global team management including India
• Launched a Customer or Partner training program externally for people to get certified
• Work with Global teams, especially related to Offshore Product Management, Offshore Storyline Development
• 15% Travel

Base Salary Range $155,475 - $259,100 USD
