Job Summary: The Painter position is responsible for mixing, matching, and applying paint to various surfaces, completing touchups, drywall repairs to include tape and bedding, application of texture, sanding and paint. Painter is responsible for facilitating and coordinating large painting projects for the facility.

Qualifications

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent education

• Painting experience required
• Experience working in a long-term care or related health care setting is preferred, but not required
• Ability to read, write, and speak the English language
• Responsible for assuring patient/resident safety
• Performs other duties and tasks as assigned
