A company is looking for a NeuroPsych Regional Specialty Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a regional sales team to exceed sales goals

Drive the implementation of sales strategies and identify regional opportunities

Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure compliance with policies and guidelines

Required Qualifications

BS / BA degree with 8+ years of sales experience in biotech / pharmaceuticals, including 3+ years in sales management, or a Master's degree with 6+ years, or a PhD with 4+ years

Strong sales disposition and proven sales performance

Experience in launching products in complex environments

Strong understanding of the healthcare regulatory environment

Ability to lead through ambiguity and manage multiple projects effectively
