Sr Manager Of Card Operations

The Sr Manager of Card Operations is responsible for leading the day-to-day activities of the Card Operations team, driving constant improvement of overall member / employer / plan experience as well as the underlying systems and processes. This role will work with Business Analysts to identify bugs and user stories and provide input on prioritization. Responsible for working closely with card processor for implementation of new features, configuration of current portfolio, and managing open tickets and projects. Interface with vendors for day to day issues and large company initiatives.

• Manages and carries out the personnel actions for direct reports, including but not limited to hiring and scheduling; training and evaluating; coaching and managing performance; making salary, merit, or other compensation recommendations for team of direct reports; and making recommendations and / or taking corrective or disciplinary action as appropriate.

$83500.00 To $107000.00 / year
