Accounts Payable Processor

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Accounts Payable Processor.

Position type : Full-time Contract

Duration : 4 Months

Location : Orlando, FL

As an Accounts Payable Processor, you will be :

• Responsible for process invoices in JD Edwards World and / or Enterprise One AP Systems for payment, including indexing copy of invoice and backup documentation into Feith Imaging System.
• Responsible for putting together new vendor packet for submittals; vendor maintenance as needed.
• Responsible for monitoring Vendor Statements and subsequent follow-up with communities and / or divisions for nonpayment.
• Responsible for providing payment match verification.

Responsible for creating and generate Settlement Journal entries.

The ideal candidate will have :

Experience of managing vendor Invoice.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

Pay Range :  $18 / hr.
