VCA Animal Medical Center (VCA AMC) is seeking an experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our busy, AAHA-accredited practice in Van Nuys, California.

We're looking for a believer in the possibilities of high-quality veterinary medicine and patient care with the experience and technical know-how to make them happen. We have a unique family culture that values each person's individual skill and personality.

Location : 2340 S Sepulveda Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90064

Salary : $19.00-$23.00, dependent on experience, education, certification, etc .

In this position, you will be supporting our Doctors and Technician team by creating a positive, low-stress atmosphere for our clients and patients.

Duties will include, but not be limited to :

Record Keeping

Nurse Care

Housekeeping / Maintenance

Examinations / Assessments

Assisting and preparing for surgery and dental patients

Radiology

Client Relations

Filling prescriptions

Laboratory

Providing compassionate care to all patients and clients
