Job Overview
Dex Handyman Services is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Junior Handyman to support our Field Operations team in delivering high-quality repairs, renovations, and maintenance. This full-time, entry-to-mid-level role is ideal for someone with 1-4 years of hands-on experience who is eager to learn and grow under the guidance of senior professionals. If you're dependable, customer-focused, and take pride in your work, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Support remodeling projects including drywall, painting, flooring, and general repairs.
- Assist in carpentry, tile installation, trim work, and light exterior maintenance.
- Perform basic plumbing and electrical maintenance under supervision.
- Work closely with Senior Handymen on various tasks and job sites.
- Maintain tools and jobsite cleanliness to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to ensure satisfaction.
