About the Company : Our client, a reputable organization, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team.

Overview : The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide product and service information to customers.

Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.

Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.

Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service processes.

• Hours are Friday-Monday 7am-7pm

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

Proven experience in a customer service role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
