Job Overview

The Senior Account Executive role for aiR Products is an AI sales SME position focused on promoting Relativity's latest AI offerings, including the generative AI suite "aiR," to new and existing clients at major corporations worldwide.

Relativity provides solutions supporting legal data intelligence for law firms, corporations, and partners. Our aiR team fosters growth across all customer segments and is our newest and rapidly expanding GTM area.

Job Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities :

  • Drive sales of aiR and Extend products within Law Firm, Corporate, and Public Sector segments across North America.
  • Develop and strengthen executive relationships with strategic clients to influence their long-term technology decisions.
  • Manage entire sales cycles for AI product integrations, including demos, presentations, negotiations, and assessing legal and business risks (including multi-year agreements with C-level executives).
  • Lead tailored product adoption strategies in collaboration with product, enablement, and customer success teams.
  • Contribute to Relativity's GTM strategy for new product launches in North America, working with Product Marketing, Legal, and Engineering teams.
  • Coordinate global sales opportunities with international sales teams.

Compensation

Relativity is committed to fair and equitable pay practices. This role offers total compensation including competitive cash on-target earnings (OTE) and long-term incentives. The expected OTE range is between $179,000 and $269,000. The final offer will depend on experience, skills, qualifications, and internal pay equity, with the top end of the range being less typical to allow for future salary growth.
