Position Summary

The System Operations team provides our clientswith IT and first-level troubleshootingexpertise for project Go-Live, ramp up, and stabilization. It consists of well-rounded employees who can accurately assess and facilitate solutions for onsite issues.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots first level issues onsite and facilitates solutions for second and third level issues.
• Finds applicable data, through SQL queries / software applications / server logs, to solve and / or support solutions / customer issues.
• Collaborate with customers to enable the successful operation of our automated solutions in their facilities
• Assistsin writing site-specific documentation, such as failover processes, startup scripts, or change request ideas.
• Support the System Validation Team, Software Implementation, and the System Integration Team during commissioning and UAT whenever the opportunity arises.
• Other duties as assigned
• Some travel may be required(up to 10%)
