Shift :

Monday – Friday; 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM.

Job Summary :

The Administrative Services Assistant position requires a detail-oriented, self-sufficient, organized, cheerful and responsible individual to provide administrative support to the Department Chair, Business Officer, Faculty, Staff, and Students. Duties will include but are not limited to, greeting guests with a warm welcome and conversation, answering phone, purchasing, account reconciliation, event planning, Concur expense processing and review, coordinating activities for student organizations, and other miscellaneous business office duties that arise.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities :

MS Office. SAP and Concur are preferred but not required.
