How you’ll make an impact :

The Engineer II, Audio Visual – which resides in our Corporate Services organization is responsible for coordinating design, installation, configuration, and maintaining audio-visual systems to support corporate meetings, events, and collaborative spaces. This role ensures seamless integration of AV technologies.

• Perform moderately complex AV engineering activities including : Technical lead in design and build of AV systems, technologies at new facilitiesAV system administration and operationsImplementation of new applications and / or service offeringsEvaluation and testing / proof of conceptsMaintenance and upgrade activities on AV applicationsValidation activities (e.g., authoring, reviewing and testing)
• Serve as the technical lead in the administration and operations of AV applications and technologies
• Lead RASP initiatives (reliability, availability, scalability and performance)
• Resolve problems by performing root cause analysis, developing and leading the implementation of moderately complex corrective and preventative actions
• Evaluate new applications and technologies and / or service offerings in collaboration with vendor(s)
• Lead / facilitate technical business requirements gathering sessions through interfacing with members of the business.
• Author or maintain device, network and / or systems documentation
• Other incidental duties

For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $66,000 to $94,000 (highly experienced).
