• Monday through Friday with weekend rotation 1-2 weekends every 3 months
• 40 hour per week guarantee
• 5.5 points per day average patient load

• Home health experience strongly preferred with 1 year minimum

Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $50.33 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
