Crossroads Youth & Family Services, Inc. is seeking a Director for Counseling Services for its Tecumseh Road location in Cleveland County. Director for Counseling Services performs administrative and professional work in planning, directing, and coordinating educational, recreational, outreach, and therapeutic programs for youth and families. This position assists the Director of Youth Services in assuring quality program services and staff performance at the highest level of professional services and ethical standards

Education/Experience:
- Completion of a Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Human Relations, or a related field with an emphasis in clinical work; current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LSW; and a minimum of two (2) years of experience in management, human resources, or the provision of counseling or program services.
License:
- Must possess a valid Driver's License, must be willing to use their personal vehicle and maintain acceptable liability insurance
Knowledge:
- Must be computer literate and have accurate typing skills as well as the ability to operate a variety of office equipment;
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal and analytical skills required;
