Farmers Insurance Eugene District Office in Eugene, Oregon, is looking for a confident and highly motivated person who is interested in beginning their career in the insurance industry as a Full Time Sales Representative . The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products and services. Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.

Requirements

Must be willing to obtain P&C and L&H insurance licenses (we will pay for the licensing!)
