Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on mild steel and other materials according to blueprints and specifications
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work orders
• Work collaboratively with the fabrication team to meet production goals

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Experience with TIG or Stick welding is a plus
