Accounting Specialist

Description We are looking for a motivated Accounting Specialist to join our team in Perrysburg, Ohio. Responsibilities :

• Process equipment and rental billings with attention to accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage electrical billing tasks, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Assist in handling title work when needed, maintaining proper documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to improve accounting workflows and operations.
• Perform financial transactions while ensuring precision and adherence to regulations.
• Utilize Foundation software for accounting tasks and reporting purposes.
• Apply basic Excel functions, including creating and working with light formulas for data management.
• Support the team with additional accounting-related duties as required. Requirements - Experience in accounting or finance, with a solid understanding of accounting principles.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred, but not required; equivalent experience or education will be considered.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and data entry.
• Familiarity with Foundation software is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle financial transactions accurately.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a team-oriented environment.
• Open to both recent graduates with internship experience and experienced professionals.
