Shift : M-F -8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week.

No on call or weekends

HH and HCHB required

Territory will cover all of Genesee county, Owosso, Byron, Durand, parts of Oakland county (Holly, Clarkston, Davisburg), Lapeer.

Skills

Current State License as a Physical Therapist - Required

Proof of current CPR certification - Required

Current driver's license. Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required

1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting - Required

Previous home care experience - Preferred

Education

Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association approved program - Required

Local accepted at different rates

Should have a recent PT experience
