The Manager, Infrastructure & Database Operation is responsible for leading a team of infrastructure and database professionals in a fully virtualized, Azure-native environment. This role ensures the availability, performance, scalability, and security of the company's cloud-hosted infrastructure and SQL / MongoDB platforms. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure, cloud networking, IaaS / PaaS infrastructure, and database operations, and will drive modernization and operational excellence across our development, staging, and production environments.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Leadership & Team Development

Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of infrastructure and database engineers.

Manage and optimize virtual server infrastructure and network architecture in Azure.

Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of SQL Server and MongoDB platforms.

Maintain infrastructure and database health through proactive monitoring, logging, and automation.

Collaborate with security, architecture, development, and DevOps teams to support infrastructure modernization initiatives.

The starting salary range for this full-time position in Irvine, CA is $144700 - $180900 per year. This base pay will take into consideration internal equity, candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge and experience among other factors. Origence maintains a highly competitive compensation program. Under company guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual bonus to provide an incentive to achieve targeted goals. Bonuses are awarded at company's discretion on an individual basis.
