Position Overview :
The Corporate HSE Program Manager is a strategic leader responsible for the design, governance, and continuous
improvement of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) data systems, performance analytics, reporting frameworks,
digital platforms, and safety management system (SMS).
This role works with internal and external partners and contractors managing companywide construction projects.
Responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of identified Health, Safety &
Environmental (HSE) programs including the complex analysis of data resulting from these programs.
This position plays a vital role in advancing HSE digital transformation—leveraging enterprise platforms, analytics
technologies, and predictive modeling to uncover hidden risks, strengthen culture, and support Morgan Corp’s
Social Contract.
