Day 4x10-Hour (07 : 00 - 17 : 15)

Job Description

The Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA) will be responsible for providing surgical assistance in the main operating room and for OB-C sections, particularly with orthopedic robotic procedures. The role requires participation in weekday, weekend, and holiday on-call duties.

Responsibilities

  • Assist surgical teams in the operating room and during OB-C sections.
  • Provide support during orthopedic robotic surgeries.
  • Participate in on-call shifts, including weekday, weekend, and holiday responsibilities.
  • Be available at the hospital within 20 minutes for emergencies.
  • Prepare and clean surgical areas and instruments after procedures.
  • Set up operating rooms for scheduled cases, including C-sections.

    • Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

  • Orthopedic robotic experience is required.
  • Certification as a Surgical First Assistant is necessary.
