Purpose of the Role

You will be responsible for supporting the Manufacturing Operations Manager in leading daily site operationsbridging the gap between strategy and execution. This means coordinating fabrication activities, managing frontline teams, and ensuring that production targets are met safely, efficiently, and sustainably. You'll also play a key role in identifying improvement opportunities, ensuring material availability, and fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability that aligns with Worley's mission of delivering sustainable solutions for a better world.
