What you need...

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Current or pending state licensure
• Experience/Rotations treating outpatient orthopedics
• Have taken/Will take within week 1-3 of employment one of the following:
  • Herman & Wallace Level 1
  • APTA Level 1
  • IAMT Urogenital Triangle
• Previous experience treating pelvic floor conditions
