An award-winning independent community hospital is seeking a full-time Internal Medicine physician to join an established group of four primary care physicians. Located in a scenic agricultural area of Southeastern Washington, this community is within eight miles of two major state universities.

Position Details :

Scope of Practice : Provide the full spectrum of outpatient internal medicine.

Collaborative Environment : Work in a supportive team setting with strong systems in place.

Schedule : Full-time, Monday-Friday, lifestyle-friendly hours.

Call : 1 : 5 call schedule.

Mentorship Options : Opportunity to mentor family medicine residents and / or take on additional hospitalist shifts.

Compensation : Highly competitive base salary with incentive potential.
