Remote Non-Medical Care guidance material (Author) - AI Trainer ($120-$160 per hour)

Mercor is seeking experienced non-medical care experts specializing in autism support to create structured guidance materials for families and caregivers. This content will support AI model testing and demonstrations.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Create detailed content on managing key autism-related challenges (e.g., sensory issues, meltdowns, nutrition, potty training). - Develop guidance on childcare sourcing, sitter / nanny evaluation, and support systems for families. - Document approaches to community rehabilitation and long-term housing planning for adults with autism. - Provide expertise on parent support frameworks and family dynamics, including couples-support guidance. - Ensure clarity and accuracy aligned with project standards. ###
• You’re a strong fit if you have :
• 8+ years of experience as a social worker, parent coach, or autism-focused support leader. - Proven experience advising families on common autism care challenges. - Deep familiarity with daycare, childcare, and community service resources. - Experience with housing and long-term planning for adults with special needs. - Strong communication and organizational skills. ###
