Immediate Hiring for General Manager

Join the Jimmy John's team! With locations in multiple markets throughout Kansas and Texas, our franchise group continues to expand. We're seeking General Managers with a proven track record of excellence to grow with us.

  • $45000 - $55000 per year total compensation

Responsibilities :

  • Recruit, hire, and train team members
  • Maintain schedules to ensure all critical shifts are covered
  • Ensure compliance with brand and food safety standards
  • Achieve targets for sales, labor, and cogs
  • Complete necessary paperwork and employee onboarding

    • Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager
  • Ability to work 50 hours per week with flexibility to ensure all critical shifts are covered
  • Hands-on leadership approach
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and team training
