A company is looking for a Director of Sales to lead their SMB and Mid-Market sales organization in the Americas.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies, manage quotas, and lead growth initiatives
Provide coaching, hire, train, and mentor sales teams for improved performance
Deliver accurate sales forecasts and drive teams to exceed Gross Profit targets
Required Qualifications
5+ years in tech / software sales with a strong record of exceeding targets
5+ years in sales leadership, managing other sales leaders
Proven success leading SMB and Mid-Market teams
Strong knowledge of CPaaS, including voice, messaging, or email APIs
Skilled in modern sales methodologies and tools, including Salesforce
