Key Responsibilities
Own revenue targets for the SOE product portfolio across new business, expansion, and retention
Lead, coach, and grow a distributed team of Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Customer Support
Define and execute a sales strategy targeting engineering leaders and developer experience buyers
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with 3+ years in a leadership role
Experience engaging with engineering leaders and understanding their challenges
Familiarity with selling to R&D, engineering, or developer experience buyers
Data-driven approach to forecasting and performance metrics
Experience collaborating with Customer Support or Customer Success teams
