A company is looking for a Sales Director who can build and lead a high-performance remote sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the sales division with clarity and consistency while setting and protecting cultural standards

Directly manage team leads and ensure accountability through coaching and performance reviews

Own revenue metrics and drive performance while collaborating with Operations on strategic planning

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in managing and scaling remote high-ticket sales teams

Experience in building high-performing leadership layers

Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and improve team KPIs

Strong command of HubSpot and pipeline management

Experience in fitness, wellness, or coaching preferred
