Telehealth Pharmacist

A company is looking for a Pharmacist, Telehealth.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct medication therapy management (MTM) and expanded clinical programs in accordance with CMS

Develop clinical algorithms, pathways, and call scripts to support pharmacy staff in delivering MTM services

Collaborate with CEC staff to maintain a high-quality and consistent MTM product

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

PharmD degree with unrestricted licensure

Minimum of two years clinical experience, including direct consultation experience

Spanish-speaking is preferred

Professional PBM industry work experience is preferred

Board Certification is preferred
