Histotechnician Opportunity Innovative Genomic Diagnostics Tues Sat, 12 8 : 30 PM San Diego, CA

We re partnering with an industry-leading molecular diagnostics company that s transforming cancer care through genomic innovation and they re hiring a Histotechnician to join their San Diego-based team. This is a full-time, onsite role with a Tuesday Saturday schedule (12 : 00 PM 8 : 30 PM).

What You ll Do :

Perform all core histology tasks : embedding, microtomy, H&E staining, grossing, and reagent prep

Maintain and troubleshoot high-complexity lab equipment

Contribute to workflow and QA process improvements

Support lab operations, training, and compliance efforts

Who They re Looking For :

ASCP-certified HT or HTL

At least 2 years of experience in high-complexity clinical lab testing

Skilled in cutting high-quality sections from a wide variety of specimens

Detail-oriented with excellent technical and documentation skills

Prior leadership or training experience a plus
