Sr. Business Development Manager
Join Ecolab as a Senior Business Development Manager within our Nalco division supporting the Global High Tech (GHT) segment. Ecolab is advancing the future of data center sustainability through innovative cooling and water management solutions. As the Senior Business Development Manager for Cooling-as-a-Service (CaaS), CDU, and Liquid Cooling Equipment, you will lead the commercial expansion of Ecolab's integrated cooling technologies for hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data centers.
The Sr. Business Development Manager will lead the growth initiatives with global clients in the High Tech sector, focusing on solutions for Data Centers. This professional will be responsible for identifying opportunities, conducting strategic negotiations, and managing complex contracts, acting as a bridge between client needs and the company's solutions. This role centers on shaping new business models around cooling infrastructuretransforming capital-intensive cooling assets into value-based service offerings. You will drive strategic partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and deliver scalable commercial solutions that align with Ecolab's mission to help customers operate more efficiently and sustainably.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range :
Base salary range is $133,800 - $200,800. Role is eligible for 25% incentive compensation based on performance metric(s), per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
