Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional onboarding experiences for Telemedicine customers

Utilize technical skills to configure systems and integrate with products and services

Educate customers on ideal workflows and industry best practices in Telemedicine

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a technical customer support environment

Experience working in a veterinary practice or understanding of veterinary operations

Ability to quickly learn Telemedicine products / services and new business tools

Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn

College degree preferred or a combination of post high school studies
