BI Developer

South Florida's leading health care system is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with deep expertise in Microsoft SQL, EPIC systems, and dashboarding tools to support our healthcare data operations. This role will be instrumental in transforming complex healthcare data into actionable insights for clinical and operational teams. They will design, develop, and optimize complex stored procedures and queries using Microsoft SQL Server. This person ideally has EPIC Certified in Cogito Fundamentals and Caboodle or experience with one or more EPIC modules : Cadence, Optime, ASAP, Hospital Billing, or Professional Billing.

Collaborate with EPIC analysts to extract and normalize data for reporting and analytics. They need experience with build and maintain dashboards using Tableau. Experience with Pyramid Analytics and Power BI is a plus, and work within a data warehouse environment to manage ETL processes.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Masters preferred).

5+ years of experience in SQL development and data warehousing.

EPIC Cogito and Caboodle certification required.

Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and data structures.

Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
