We have an exciting opportunity at our clients growing company located in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. We are looking for a Controller / Assistant Controller to join our team.
Essential duties consist of :
- General Ledger (month end close, account reconciliations, financial reporting)
- Accounts Payable (weekly check runs, vendor inquiries)
- Accounts Receivable (review cash application, collections)
- Banking (cash forecasting, bank reconciliations, loan covenants)
- Fixed Assets (monthly depreciation, project spending analysis, reconciliations)
- Taxes (property tax, sales & use tax, 1099 processing)
- Follow established accounting processes, recommend process improvements
- Liaison with external auditors
- Assist Controller with other accounting tasks as needed
Qualifications :
This is a full-time position
Salary commensurate with experience
