Key Responsibilities

Guide enterprise customers through Copilot technical fundamentals and Microsoft 365 integration

Lead workshops on governance, defining policies, and safe deployment models for user groups

Advise on data security, compliance, and organizational enablement for Copilot adoption

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

10+ years of IT experience

7+ years working in Microsoft 365, Azure architecture, or security

Experience engaging with CIOs, CISOs, and business leaders in strategic discussions

Ability to simplify complex AI and security concepts for non-technical audiences

Strong customer-facing skills and experience leading workshops and strategy reviews
