Position Objective:
To provide patient treatment under the supervision of their discipline specific clinician.

Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited therapy program with state license.
• Current license from the state of practice
• Current TB skin test

• Provides quality patient treatment to help each patient reach their highest practible level of function.
• Seeks oversight, communication and collaboration with their discipline specific clinician.
• Maintains current documentation and attests to correct billing.
• Is an active member of the facility interdisciplinary team.
• Is familiar with and follows Incite Policy & Procedure Manual and Incite Employee Handbook.
• Is familiar with the Incite Corporate Compliance Program
• Participates in Quality Assurance as assigned.
• Is clinically competent with all therapy procedures provided.
