Associate Recruitment Manager

Based out of your home office in Ottawa and reporting to the Senior Director of Talent, you will partner with your portfolio of dental practices in the province of Greater Ottawa Region to manage their Associate recruitment needs. Talent is key to dentalcorp's success, and the Talent team is an invaluable resource to our Partners. You will hold an important seat at the table, contributing to critical business decisions.

In this role, you will :

• Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top dental associates across Canada
• Build strong relationships with candidates through proactive outreach and effective communication
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit with the company culture
• Manage the hiring process from start to finish, including drafting job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and negotiating job offers
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future recruitment needs
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, competitive intelligence and regulatory requirements related to dental practice recruitment
• Facilitate events and seminars to expand your network of contacts and potential candidates
• Build partnerships with associations, university / colleges and other industry groups
