Ferguson Industrial is currently seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Industrial Contract Coordinator to join our Industrial Managed Services team. This position plays a pivotal role in managing and executing industrial contracts within the Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) space. This role supports Ferguson Industrial's strategy of delivering a best-in-class experience to customers by ensuring contract accuracy, profitability, and compliance with specifications and timelines.
This is a remote position with potential for hybrid work depending on location. The selected candidate will be required to work 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities :
Your specific duties as an Industrial Contract Coordinator will include but is not limited to :
Quote and manage industrial contracts up to
$5M in annual revenue .
Interpret plans and specifications to ensure material compliance with customer requirements
Develop competitive pricing strategies aligned with local and national market conditions
Utilizing preferred sourcing methods to maximize competitiveness and profitability
Monitor contract milestones and perform thorough pricing reviews for existing customers
Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree or 3-5 years equivalent work experience with quotations or inside sales
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PDF software
Familiarity with Industrial Pipe, Valves, and Fittings preferred
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and focus on quality output
Self-motivated, team and goal oriented
Ability to effectively multitask in a highly deadline driven environment
Advanced analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Proven success as a remote or hybrid professional required

$15.00 - $31.74 -
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles
OR
Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
