Job Purpose

The Logistics Network Sr. Analyst supports AHM's mission by ensuring the Finished Vehicles Logistics Network operates cost-effectively, enabling timely and efficient vehicle delivery processes that aligns with customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and strategic business objectives.

This role plays a crucial part in the supply chain operations by analyzing data and creating efficient logistics plans.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage optimizing the North American transportation network by analyzing and modeling domestic and export routesconsidering cost, transit time, quality, and sustainability.
• Leverage tools such as Power BI, internal rate / routing software, and external network modeling software to identify opportunities for cost and time reductions.
• Conduct comparative cost and efficiency analysis of port, truck, and rail options to support diversion planning and dynamic network design.
• Maintain a centralized system to track contracts and rate agreements to support operational efficiency.
• Design and manage dashboards and visual maps to monitor cost per unit, volume, and flow by dealer, railhead, port, and plants.
• Evaluate and analyze vendor proposal (RFP, contract extensions, negotiations) to ensure efficient and cost-effective distribution of products.
• Generate and deliver detailed reports and insights to support cost analysis and continuous network improvement.
